Northpaw Studio is a brand and web design studio based in Austin, Texas. This policy explains what we collect when you get in touch, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Who we are
“Northpaw Studio,” “we” and “us” mean Northpaw Studio of Austin, Texas. We’re responsible for the personal information described here. You can reach us at hello@northpaw.studio.
What we collect
Information you give us
- Project inquiries: your name, work email, company, budget range, project type, ideal timeline and anything you tell us about the project.
- Discovery calls: the day and time you choose, and who the call is with.
- Proposals: the name you type and the signature you draw when accepting a proposal, plus the time you signed.
- Emails and calls: anything you choose to share while we talk about your project.
Information collected automatically
- Page journey: the pages you viewed on our site before sending an inquiry, so we understand what brought you to us.
- Technical data: browser type, device and approximate location from your IP address, collected by our hosting and spam-protection providers.
- Browser storage: our inquiry form saves your submission in your browser’s local storage so your booking can be attached to it. We don’t use advertising cookies.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and schedule your discovery call.
- To prepare, send and track proposals, and to deliver the work if we team up.
- To decide which projects are a fit, using the budget, project type and timeline you share.
- To keep the site secure and free of spam.
We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the studio, under contracts that limit how they can use it:
- B12 — website hosting and form processing.
- Google — reCAPTCHA spam protection, Google Meet and calendar for discovery calls, and Google Fonts. reCAPTCHA is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
- Fontshare — delivery of the typefaces used on this site.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our clients or the public.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that don’t turn into a project are deleted after 24 months. For clients, we keep project records, signed proposals and invoices for seven years to meet tax and contract obligations.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, including Texas and California, you may have additional rights under local law. Email hello@northpaw.studio and we’ll respond within 30 days. We won’t treat you differently for using these rights.

Security
We use reputable providers, limit access to the people who need it, and require secure sign-in for the tools that hold your information. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If we make meaningful changes, we’ll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, let current clients know by email.
